Possibility of snowfall in Himachal, Kashmir and Uttarakhand
There is a possibility of snowfall in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir since Saturday (February 22). Gulmarg, Sonamarg and Pahalgam have already recorded snowfall. Srinagar and other plains are raining intermittently. Damage to crops due to rain in Haryana-Punjab
In Haryana and Punjab, bad weather has affected farming. On Friday (21 February), due to strong winds and rain, wheat and mustard crops have been damaged. Hail has been recorded in Karnal, Panipat, Kaithal and Fatehabad. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of rain in some areas in the next 24 hours.
