A local court in Gonda in Uttar Pradesh has convicted a person for life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 110000 while convicting a person. An officer gave this information to a news agency.
According to the official, this verdict was pronounced on Tuesday after the murder of a youth in the district in the case. Assistant District Government Advocate (Crafts) Vinay Kumar Singh said that the matter is of February 6, 2020. In Katra Bazar area, a person named Mukesh strangled a Bhim Singh to death.

Charge sheet was filed in court in 2020
After which a complaint was lodged at Katra Bazar police station regarding the whole matter. In the complaint, a person named Mukesh was described as an accused. Police arrested accused Mukesh during the investigation. After completing the investigation, a charge sheet was filed in the court on March 19, 2020.

Singh said that the trial under the supervision of Additional Sessions Judge Rajesh Kumar included the testimony of evidence and witnesses of both sides. After reviewing the case, the judge on Tuesday convicted Mukesh (35) and sentenced him to life imprisonment with hard labor.
