11 March 2025, Chainpur, Palamu
It was morning. A squad of the Special Task Force (STF) of Jharkhand Police was ready to bring the notorious gangster Aman Sahu, who was lodged in Raipur Jail in the neighboring state of Chhattisgarh. A convoy of a police and two Scorpio car of the police was present outside the Raipur Jail. After completion of paperwork, gangster Aman Sahu was seated among two STF armed soldiers in a Scorpio of Jharkhand Police. There was a police bulro in front of that car and a Scorpio behind. This convoy of three vehicles included about 12 to 15 soldiers of Jharkhand STF.
This convoy had left Raipur with the notorious crook Aman Sahu. The convoy was moving towards the Jharkhand border with great silence. After some time, this convoy enters the border of its state Jharkhand. This border area falls in Palamu district. Kafil moves forward and enters the Chainpur area. During this time, suddenly the brakes of the three trains get brakes on the way. According to sources, a tree was dropped on the road. Before the STF personnel could understand anything. Suddenly there is a stir in the middle train.
According to Palamu's Superintendent of Police (SP) Reshma Ramshan, Aman Sahu, sitting in the middle Scorpio car, snatches the INSA Rifle of a jawan and pushes the jawan sitting next to it and opens the door of the car and starts running away. When the STF jawan tries to stop him, Aman Sahu fire on that jawan. The young man gets injured due to the bullet. The STF team retaliates immediately after the attack. Firing is done by targeting Aman Sahu. This was the time when Aman Sahu becomes a victim of police bullets. And the infamous gangster Aman Sahu dies in this encounter.
STF jawan Rakesh Kumar was injured during this encounter. Who has been admitted to MMCH in Medininagar. It is being told that stopping the convoy of STF was a conspiracy of Aman Sahu's operatives. He was in a hurry to rescue Aman Sahu. When the police conducted a search operation on the occasion, two bombs have also been recovered from there. Police and all the agencies have started investigating this matter.
Big misdeeds at a young age
Aman Sahu had chosen the path of crime at the age of just 17. Then he did not turn back and looked back. He wanted to become a big don of the underworld by committing work like murder, extortion, looting and recovery. Not only this, he used to call himself close to underworld don Lawrence Bishnoi. He was a resident of Matbe, a small village in Ranchi. In Jharkhand alone, there are more than 100 cases registered against him. Actually Aman was a hardcore Maoist earlier. It is said that he formed his own gang in 2013. After this, cases like extortion, levy, recovery and murder were registered against coal traders against Aman.
About two and a half years ago, members of Aman Sahu's gang in Korba, Chhattisgarh fired on the Barbarik Group. At that time, these people created a sensation by firing outside the house of a company partner in Shankar Nagar area of Raipur. It is alleged that Aman Sahu had sent some of his shooter to Raipur, and his hit list included the names of many traders of the city. After this incident, 4 members of this gang were arrested by the Raipur police.
Aman Sahu's encounter is being linked to the murder of NTPC official Kumar. However, the Jharkhand Police had no answer to the reasons for this murder nor today. The state DGP Anurag Gupta had said in connection with the Kumar Gaurav murder case that nothing is clear in this case. Under what circumstances happened? Who did? Why did you do? The DGP has no satisfactory answer to these questions.
The police chief of the state definitely said that whatever crime has been held in Jharkhand, their conspiracy is being hatched in the jails of Jharkhand. He said that three gangs in Jharkhand are working from inside the jail. Which includes gangs of Vikas Tiwari, Aman Srivastava and Aman Sahu. In fact, on March 10, the Jharkhand Police team reached Raipur to interrogate Aman Sahu in the murder of DGM Kumar Gaurav.
It is said that Aman Sahu used to supply henchmen to Lawrence Bishnoi and in return he used to get high -tech weapons. The photos with Aman Sahu's AK-47 rifle went viral. There are also 2 cases against gangster Aman Sahu in Delhi. Not only this, in January this year, the NIA raided the three locations of Aman Sahu in Ranchi and Hazaribagh districts for about six hours in the Terror Funding case. During this period, documents related to an SUV, DVR of CCTV and bank transaction were seized. At that time Aman Sahu was lodged in Palamu jail, but his terror network was being operated fearlessly in many states including Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh.
During the assembly elections of Jharkhand, Aman Sahu wanted to contest the election of the legislature. Due to which Aman Sahu's mother Kiran Devi bought nomination form for Barkagaon assembly constituency. But the Chhattisgarh High Court had banned his contesting elections. It is alleged that Aman Sahu's hit list often used to name big businessmen. From whom he used to collect extortion and levy.
