The United Nations General Assembly on Monday approved a proposal demanding immediate return from Russia to Ukrainian regions. Ukraine and his European colleagues had prepared and introduced the proposal, and 93 countries voted in its favor, 18 opposed it and 65 countries, including India, avoided voting. What is said in the proposal?
