How to Turn Zoom Audio Notifications On/Off
According to their convenience, users can turn on or off audio notifications. This can either be done before the call starts or can also be done during the meeting. Even after turning off the notification, when a user joins the meeting, you get an audio prom. This feature is useful when the user is waiting for someone and is doing other work in the middle. This audio tune acts as an alert. This is even more beneficial when you are not looking towards the screen.
Look at the steps below to off /on the notification on Zoom.
If you have logged in from the web browser to the zoom account, then you click on the settings in the left hand column. If you have logged in through the zoom app, then you increase in this order- Profile Icon> Select Settings> View More Settings
Now click on the in meeting (basic) inside the left column in the settings and down. See the option of 'Sound Notification when someone joins or leaves' here. On this, you can select anyone from on or off.
Here you will see three options. In the first option, there will be a notification sound for every participant, the second will have the option of notification for the host and co-scripture and in the third one will have the option to record the user's voice for notifications. This final option is only for those participants who connect through the phone.
