5) Along with entering OTP, you have to tick in 'terms and conditions' and click on 'Submit'.

6) Now you will see the preview of your Aadhaar PVC Card. Information like name, date of birth and address etc. will be shown in the preview. If all the information is correct, then you have to click on 'Make Payment' and choose one of the given payment options and pay.

7) After payment, Aadhaar will reach the address given in PVC card.

On the last page you can also download your payment receip. This is proof of your payment.
